    - Changes to bookings are subject to availability and must be made at least 14 days prior to the event date.

  • Weather & Risk Management

    - The Aisle Edit is not liable for event disruptions due to weather or external factors beyond our control.

    - If your booking includes a marquee, we will provide basic fire evacuation guidance, and can supply

fire extinguishers, illuminated exit signs, and alarms upon request.

  • Bond & Damages

    - A refundable bond will be charged with each booking. This will be returned within 5 business days post-event, provided all items are returned in original condition and no excessive cleaning or damage is required.

  • Delivery & Setup

    - Delivery is available across the North Island. Charges are based on distance from Cambridge:

    - Local (within 20km): $60

    - Extended (20-60km): $120

    - Over 60km or rural: $1.50/km round trip (quoted upon booking)

    - Marquees must be delivered and set up by our team. Most other items are available for collection by prior arrangement.

    - Setup and pack-down are included for marquee hire. Furniture-only hires may incur additional setup fees if required.

  • Marquee Hire & Building Consent

    - In accordance with New Zealand law, any marquee over 100sqm requires a building consent from your local council. This applies across all councils nationwide.

    - The Aisle Edit is happy to manage the building consent application process on your behalf.

    - All marquee bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking in order for us to secure your hire date and begin preparing for the consent application.

    - Once the building consent is granted, the full cost of the consent (including all council-related fees) will be invoiced separately and must be paid in full prior to your event date.

    - The marquee can be booked at any time, however it cannot be erected until the consent fee has been paid in full and the council consent process has commenced.

    - Please note this consent cost is in addition to your marquee hire fee, and is a requirement by law.
